    Your custom saddle takes 20–22 days to craft, ensuring the perfect blend of durability, comfort, and artistry.

    Once your saddle is complete, we ship it within 3–4 business days anywhere across the USA using fast and reliable carriers. You’ll receive full tracking updates from the moment it leaves our shop until it arrives at your door.

    If the fit or comfort isn’t what you expected, contact us and we’ll help you exchange it for the right size or model.

    To qualify for a return or exchange:


    • Saddle must be clean and in like-new condition

    • No deep scratches, stains, or excessive wear

    • All original packaging and accessories included

    (We understand light signs of test-fitting — that’s perfectly okay.)
